All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a new notification when your order has been shipped.

International Shipping

Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at the time of ordering.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once the shipment reaches your destination country. MUB is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order ships, you will receive an email notification from us that includes a tracking number that you can use to check the status of your order. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to be available.

If you have not received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number and we will review it for you.

Refunds, returns and exchanges

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full amount of the order minus the return shipping cost.
